Where it began
The original Saigon Seasons in Goulburn NSW served both Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine, celebrating our family’s heritage and the recipes that have been passed down through generations.
A new chapter
While our new menu at the Lakes Entrance RSL will feature Chinese and Western cuisine, the name Saigon Seasons means far more to us than the style of food we serve.
More than a name
It represents our family’s journey, our history and the legacy that An Van Vu built.
It was never just a restaurant name, it was, and always will be, part of who we are.
Dillon Kennedy
He grew up with An Van Vu as family, learning his recipes and techniques, and currently runs Mama Vu’s Kitchen & Nick’s Thai. Saigon Seasons is his chance to forge his own path and honour the man who taught him everything.
Nicholas Vu
An Van Vu’s grandson, in the kitchen since he was fourteen. He grew up tasting his grandfather’s cooking and carries the recipes that made the original Saigon Seasons a Goulburn favourite.
Behind them, always
